Hi there! I'm Jessica, but you can call me Jess. I'm so honored you are here!

Whether we crossed paths at an art show, you were gifted a tiny painting, or some other bit of magic led (and social media ads) you here, I’m so delighted you’ve wandered into my little corner of the world.

I count myself lucky for every moment I get to spend creating. It makes me feel whole (even on the days when it isn't quite going right).

But one of the happiest surprises along the way has been meeting the people who connect with the art. Every shared story, every "I love tiny things," every “this reminds me of” feels like an unexpected gift.

As cheesy as it sounds (and I know it does sound very, very cheesy) I am often blown away by the beauty of nature. Isn’t it incredible that we get to witness wild winter sunsets, mist curling over the water in spring, adventures of summer , and don’t even get me started on the light in the fall!

My hope is that I am able to capture some of the magic of those moments and the joy + peace it inspires.

But why so tiny, you ask? Well it all started with a tiny person...

That cheeky little person in the picture is my daughter, and occasional (somewhat high-maintenance) studio assistant.

She is also a big part of my creative journey to becoming the artist I am today. While I had always loved miniatures, it was while she was little that I found I just had this strong urge to CREATE, to make something beautiful that I could show her when she got older.

So I would take advantage of her naps and paint (because laundry is for the birds). Given that I only had small windows of time and a small space to work, I decided to paint, well, small.

The napping days are over, sadly. But the love of making something whimsical, special and hopefully beautiful lives on.
